MSNBC’s got a new prez! Rebecca Kutler, that’s her name. She’s replacing Rashida Jones, a big change, right? I’m kinda excited, to be honest. Kutler’s got serious media cred. Sixteen years, wow! She was at CNN, a big deal. Senior VP, no less. This woman’s a powerhouse.
Kutler was already interim prez. So, she knows the ropes. Mark Lazarus, the CEO, thinks she’s great. He’s totally confident. Good for her! Ratings were down after the election, a real bummer. But things are looking up now. A mixed bag, I guess.
I spoke to her, briefly. She’s all about high-quality stuff. Engaging content, she said. Diverse voices, too. She wants to keep viewers happy. It’s a tough job, but she seems up for it. I’m rooting for her, seriously. This could be huge for MSNBC. A new era, for sure. Let’s see what happens next. It’s gonna be interesting.
