So, we were lookin’ for something else entirely. Completely different. Turns out, Visalia’s a pretty cool place. Located in Tulare County, population’s around 130,000, give or take. It’s in the San Joaquin Valley, north of Bakersfield, south of Fresno. Got that?
The city’s run by a council-manager thingy. Seems efficient enough. The economy? Agriculture’s huge. Healthcare too. Retail keeps things busy. It’s a thriving little community, I gotta say.
